Lam’s professional journey began early during her university years. In her second year, she joined CyberKid, a non-governmental organization dedicated to cybersecurity education for children. Working as a Marketing Executive, she contributed to outreach and communication strategies that successfully attracted leading cybersecurity experts to participate in early-age training programs. This experience allowed her to apply economic and marketing knowledge in a social context, reinforcing her understanding of how education, communication, and strategy intersect in sustainable development.

In her later undergraduate years, while continuing her formal training in economics and international business, Lam developed a strong interest in visual communication and creative industries. She pursued additional professional training as a stylist, exploring how fashion could function not only as a commercial product but also as a medium for social dialogue. Her graduation project addressed Bipolar Disorder, using fashion imagery to raise awareness and encourage young people living with the condition to find strength and self-acceptance. The project received widespread attention and emotional resonance, highlighting the power of creative expression in addressing mental health issues.

Lam’s academic and creative background led to practical experiences in media and entertainment. She worked as a stylist for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and served as a Props Master for the music video “Bước Nhẹ Vào Tim Anh” by Vietnamese singer Trúc Linh. These roles strengthened her ability to manage creative production, collaborate across disciplines, and translate abstract ideas into impactful visual outcomes—skills increasingly relevant in today’s global creative economy.

After graduating from Thuongmai University, Lam founded her own fashion brand specializing in corsets, a niche yet underdeveloped segment within the Vietnamese fashion market. The brand quickly attracted a young consumer base and demonstrated her ability to apply economic principles, branding strategies, and market analysis to real-world business operations. Beyond commercial performance, the venture contributed to diversifying Vietnam’s contemporary fashion landscape.

Despite notable achievements in business and creative practice, Lam remains deeply committed to academic development. She now seeks to pursue further academic study abroad to strengthen her theoretical foundation, research capacity, and global perspective within the fields of economics, international business, and creative industries. Her academic potential has been recognized through scholarship offers of up to 30% from universities in Australia and the United Kingdom.

As she prepares for the next stage of her academic journey, Nguyễn Hà Lam aims to bridge practice and theory, combining her multidisciplinary experiences with rigorous international education. Her story reflects how a strong academic background, when paired with social awareness and creative initiative, can shape a globally oriented and research-driven future.
